Aerobics- the most used word in fitness n fun way to fitness ,.Try hip-hop moves or go the city jam way ,pick up a trick or two and dance your way to fitness.At club Xcell aerobics is a fun based workout of varying tempo and low -high intensity.,using our fully suspended wooden flooring to advantage. with mambo’s cha-cha swivel thrown in is sure make come back for more.

Step- Reebok created a fitness revolution when it launched Step workout almost 2decades back.It is one of most popular workouts world wide. Instructors of Club xcell take pride in giving fantastically choreographed step workout which makes one hour fly. All levels of fitness welcome and beginners given extra attention. Try Karate step,line step ,multi step and shape up.

Kickboxing- The most talked about mean and lean  workout with kicks and punches taken from martial arts and put in a class format giving high intensity challenging workouts. Learn to throw a punch and a Jab ,kick and knee strike. Gain in confidence as well as strengthen heart  burn calories and tone up. The focus is on correct form and technique to build body awareness and work on posture.

Krav Maga- (Hebrew for “close combat”) It is an Israeli military effective, easy-to-learn, battle tested system of Self Defense & Combat Tactics. It’s trained in real life scenarios with ‘no rules’ & reflex based tactics best to retain in sudden violent shock of any disadvantageous attacks like inside a car or restrictive clothes etc.

Final cut-
A conditioning programme developed by Reebok based on Integrated Resistance Training to get you leaner stronger and fitter. You use several muscle groups at same type result double result in half time. Combines both weight training and flexibility using dumbbells flexi-bands and rods.

Flexible Strength- Based on S.A.I.D (specific adaptation to imposed demand).The Reebok flexible strength programme works on neuromuscular system to improve on strength flexibility stability and balance. Gives an overall strong,well coordinated functional body.

Core board training-The Reebok core board is a reactive surface that responds to human movement. Reactive exercise training demands grater muscular activity to stabilize the body. Core board training strengthens the core muscles i.e. the abdominal back and gluteal muscles thus improving real life functional movements.

Gym Ball- the stability ball workout that adds  variety and spice to workouts Exercises are adapted to be done on the gym ball to isolate and stabilize the muscles more efficiently. Ab work gets a new high on gym ball and you reap high ‘ab’wards.
